Hi Tom,
I was a student in your Agency class that ended last night.  I struggled with an online class for several months and finally got frustrated and joined Champions on Monday.  It's SOOOO much better for so many reasons.  You are a great teacher and I learned so much in just a few days.
Also I wanted to thank you for your advice on finding a sponsoring broker.  I've been talking to a 'prestigious' broker out here in The Woodlands who wants 70% to go back to the brokerage.  I'm learning that I need to investigate other sponsoring broker options and also that I do not need to "sell" myself as much as gather information and compare brokers.

"Tom, I'm sending you a picture of me with my 2 notices of passing the real estate exams this morning.  I was in your virtual class this past weekend.  You and your instruction assisted me GREATLY in my success.  I did exactly what you recommended.

  • I treated today as a special day
  • I got to the center early and did all the things I do to relax
  • Of course I did ample study preparation after your class
  • I read all the questions all the way through & read each answer - several times
  • I marked all the math questions and did those at the end.  All your math slides helped me study.  I feel confident I got at least 6 or the 7 math questions (if not all of them correct) because of your instruction.
  • I went through all the questions a 2nd time when I finished just to make sure I answered everything
 
Just as you advised, I didn't rush as all.  I will say there was about 15-25% of the information on the exam that wasn't covered during any of the courses.  It was strange but with careful consideration most of the questions you can figure out...but it was extremely tricky.  I completely understand what you were talking about now.

Gosh, where do I start? Tom is the epitome of professional. However, this only begins to describe him and the service he provides. I became acquainted withTom after he responded to an inquiry I had about a house. I was living outside of Cleveland Ohio at the time and looking to purchase a house in Houston Texas. Well, that house fell through but Tom had asked what I was looking for. I explained what I wanted and he matched up perfectly a few houses I’d be interested in.

His vast knowledge, experience and expertise of the Houston market is second to none. He set up a viewing and after some negotiations I had my house. But that was only the beginning. Tom is ultra informative and he led me through every aspect of the sale and signing of the papers which was flawless. He was right there with me the whole time, able to explain the nuances of Texas living. I can not thank him enough. But there’s more. I needed to have an inspection and some contractor work complete. I was travelling quire a bit for work so Tom offered to be there for the work and inspection. This was AFTER the sale of the house.

He went way out of his way and that is the ultimate salesperson. But that is Tom. He treated me as if I was his only customer. Always responding to my questions immediately and with impeccable clarity. If you are buying/selling a house in the Houston market, you will do yourself a huge favor and relieve a lot of the stress by hiring Tom as your agent.
